What do you like best? I like how intuitive the process is in Certify to complete my expense report. The approval process flow with updates also makes it easy to track the progress of my expense report. What do you dislike? I seem to be unable to see my expense reports after I submit them. Fairly User Friendly Software Package

What do you like best? System is fairly user friendly and intuitive. Easy to set up others with the ability at act as an admin for your account (so they can update/view any needed information when you are on the road. The mobile portion is even easier to use than the desktop software. What do you dislike? What do you like best? From a supervisor stand point it is easy to approve expense reports. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Taking pictures of the receipt when the transaction takes place and not having to save printed receipts. I can take a picture right at the time of the transaction and not have to worry about keeping track of my receipts. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use. Our field team use Certify's mobile app daily. Creating an expense report is easy and quick. The reports available give an accounting of expenses through multiple parameters and can be downloaded to either excel or PDF files. Great for month end accruals. What do you dislike?
