Certify is easy to use and accurate for processing
What do you like best? I like the fact you can upload the receipts by taking a picture or attaching a screen shot. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to over ride what the program thinks of as a duplicate charge. At times I would have similar charges twice in the same day but even being done at different times during the day the transaction is then flagged as a duplicate and would not process. Great expense tracking tool

Easy to Use
What do you like best? That I am able to import my receipts with the moblie app. What do you dislike? Not as easy to import with desktop version. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reminders of receipts that come in daily.

User friendly
What do you like best? I really enjoy being able to photo the receipt and upload it directly. This makes it so easy. What do you dislike? I really don't have any dislikes. So far the product has been great. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is a great product for reimbursement of business expenses.

It is easy to use.
What do you like best? That its easy and fast. I love that I can us it from my phone and the simplicity of it. What do you dislike? the mapping gets a little much but do understand What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? That I can scan my receipts through my phone and update the info later that is a great benefit

What do you like best? Easy to use interface. Options for email or mobile receipt upload. Auto-fill features are really nice and save time. What do you dislike? Emailing receipt photos to Certify is not very usable. The file size limit is smaller than default photos for phones. This could be corrected by Certify accepting the standard photo sizes, then compressing them on Certify's end. What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use
What do you like best? I love the app, it is very user friendly and allows me to finish my reports in minutes. Before that it used to take me forever to submit an expense report. What do you dislike? Your receipts pictures stay in the app even after you "Sync" them with your account and your expense report has been approved. What business problems are you solving with the product? Certify makes things easy
What do you like best? The autofill option when adding receipts. What do you dislike? The autofill option would always default to the previous day's date instead of the date printed on the receipt What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes expense reports easy to view, keep track of, and make sure they adhere to company policy.
