Helpful and organized
What do you like best? It's great to be able to keep track of receipts and expenses on the fly. What do you dislike? The user interface sometimes leaves me sumped when I'm trying to figure out what to do next. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ability to upload receipt as soon as I receive them. This prevents my travelers from losing receipts and from submitting receipts that have been in their pockets or wallets and have become unreadable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Take a picture, auto-fill, and save, its that easy. What do you dislike? Being in locations that are sparse for internet, I will take a picture and them upload later but I understand that this is not a Certify concern. Hassle free expense management
What do you like best? The mobile app allows me to take a snapshot of the receipt in real time, this way I don't run the risk of losing/misplacing my receipts. Another feature I enjoy is the credit card integration where it will link a previously uploaded receipt in my Wallet to the credit card charge. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I appreciate that even though I haven’t been trained in IT, I can use Certify. I like how simple it makes submitting expenses for our organization. What do you dislike?
