What do you like best? I like the fact that it is electronic and that I automatically have access as an associate. What do you dislike? It is very difficult to understand and each time I submit a new form, I always do it wrong the first time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The interface is difficult to use, requiring a lot of clicks to upload what you need to upload for receipts What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the auto-generating report feature - that saves a lot of time.

What do you like best? The ease of recording receipts is a real plus. What do you dislike? Sometimes I have re-enter data, when the system doesn’t sync, and the auto-fill doesn’t work well at times. What do you like best? The ease of use and multiple ways to upload receipts. What do you dislike? That it is difficult, perhaps not possible, to edit a request once it has been submitted. What do you like best? I like that I could take a picture of my receipt with my smart phone and not have to keep track of multiple paper receipts. What do you dislike? I did not run into any issues with the app or process. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Certify allows me to travel without the added headache of keeping track of all of my expenses and spending. It truly is a wonderful tool.

With the built-in mileage calculation features, adding a trip is very straightforward.

What do you like best? I like how quickly the reports are finished and the way Certify can screen for possible errors and duplicates. What do you dislike? I dislike how some of the formatting shows up. For example, it takes a long time to find a particular charge. I would like it more if the vendors were listed along side the category.
