What do you like best? The ease of sending receipts and speed at which they're included makes the whole process go smoothly. What do you dislike? When entering travel mileage the system doesn't allow for travel between the same places on the same day without a "mark" saying it's incorrect. Generally a good service
What do you like best? I am able to upload from any device, meaning I can submit as I go What do you dislike? It is a lot of steps to submit - it's not hard, just a lot What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting reimbursed for company travel expenses, only takes a few mins each time

What do you like best? That is calculates the mileage for me by just putting in addresses. What do you dislike? The attachment feature is not as clear as I'd like it. Expense claims made simple
What do you like best? Process is simple and clear. Claims are processed much quicker than before using Certify. What do you dislike? Limited categories which I think is on our side as a company. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Claim procedure and approval process is must faster. Saves time. Easy to upload receipts while on business trips using mobile app.

Simple, quick & easy to use.!
What do you like best? I love the mobile app and how easy it is to use while I am traveling. What do you dislike? It would be nice to grab a receipt from my picture library on my phone. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time saved within the entire expense reporting process.

Certify is fast and easy to use!
What do you like best? I like the turn around times on reimbursement compared to the old route of filling out forms manually. I like the web interface compared to the phone interface What do you dislike? I think the phone app could be a little more user friendly. I use it to take a picture of receipts, but I'd like to be able to complete the whole process on the phone.
