What do you like best? Help was actually helpful. When I reached out they listened and walked me through how to do it. And they didn't make me feel stupid! What do you dislike? Certify is easy to use for expense reporting

What do you like best? Certify is intuitive and easy to figure out. What do you dislike? Approval chain was often set to wrong people. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used Certify for all kinds of expenses, such as mileage, meals, purchases we made outside of petty cash. I used it a lot as a community hab worker because we used our own cars.

What do you like best? It's easy to use. We use it for reimbursement. What do you dislike? It's a little tough to navigate. Sometimes I can't find my receipts. Good system

What do you like best? The mobile app is good for capturing expenses on the fly. The website is simple and easy to use. It's saved me loads of time as we used to use Excel spreadsheets for all expenses. As it's cloud-based, it can accessed anywhere and by any device. What do you dislike?
