Simple and user friendly

What do you like best? I like the ability to make drafts and the option to upload my receipts to the portal to have for future reference. What do you dislike? The mileage with and without commute can be confusing, but i understand. I wish there was a way to group the expenses by day so it's clear which are the first, second, third, last, stops of the day- for approval purposes. What do you like best? It is user-friendly on web and mobile versions. What do you dislike? Having to upload from wallet even though there is an upload button from the expense report. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have realized the benefit of having one central location for all expenses. We have also utilized the delegate function.

What do you like best? It is very easy to escalate items for approval and also track spending What do you dislike? The worst part about using Certify is submitting a receipt into a particular expense report. Sometimes, the order of clicks that need to be made are not intuitive, especially if you don't use the site or submit expenses on a regular basis. By default, the items do not get added to a report but to your wallet and there is an extra step to add to a report. What ...

What do you like best? I like the ease and flexibility of tracking expenses via app and web. What do you dislike? In the app, I wish I could add photos of receipts from my photo library and not just by taking a picture.
