It's Better than Paper
What do you like best? No paper or excel. Save the receipt and pitch it. No carrying receipts. What do you dislike? Clunky when adding names to meal guests. Still wish it was better at autofilling from the receipt. Recommendations to others considering the product I like it. What business problems are you solving with the product? Ease of use, and logical flow

Visual layout is confusing sometimes on the web version What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Validation of expenses is much easier, and communication to resolve issues much better

Ease of Use
What do you like best? The app allows recording of receipts and information about receipts so when it is time to do the expense report it is 15 minutes and you’re done. What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind at this time. This program is excellent What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to scan receipts, then load them on a memory stick then convert to Microsoft excel

Certify is great.
What do you like best? I like the ease of use between the app and the desktop version. It especially makes it easy to capture an image of a receipt in the app, sync it, then open it and add to your expense report either in the app or from the desktop. I like that I can save drafts and come back to them as well. What do you dislike? I haven't really found anything that I dislike about certify. What do you like best? Easy to Upload! I can have my bill emailed to me then I just save to my laptop and upload it to the site! What do you dislike? I don't care for the fact that you have to specify the amounts by break down. Bill areas can be confusing enough. What do you like best? ease of recording expenses. makes me very comfortable when needing to submit my expenses for reimbursement. What do you dislike? nothing as everything I have been exposed to in Certify has been functional and easy to use.
