Easy and effcient to use with smartphones
What do you like best? With Certify, it's easy to enter my mileage and travel expenses on my smartphone no matter where I am. I can easily take photos of my receipt and upload them into the app. It's also a breeze to submit this information to my manager. The efficiency of the app means that I receive my reimbursement quickly without much of a wait. What do you dislike? Fast and easy
What do you like best? The mobile app is great. It’s very easy to take a picture of a receipt and upload them to your portfolio. Charges on the corporate card automatically load to the wallet. What do you dislike? The drop down menus on the mobile app use the wheel approach to scroll down to the selection you want. It’s not bad if there is a short list but a pain when the list is long. Certify has made my expense report easier than before.
What do you like best? I like that I can take pictures of my receipts and save time and focus on my tasks at hand. What do you dislike? Sometime auto-fill is not accurate depending on quality of the receipt. Recommendations to others considering the product I would definitely try it out and see the difference. Very user friendly
What do you like best? I love the App. It's nice to be able to take a picture of the receipts as I get them and then sync them as needed or all at once. The website is also very user friendly. Certify Works Great!
What do you like best? I like the linkage between merchant and certify, so I do not need to print/scan my receipts - just click and link to my expense items. What do you dislike? Some of the corporate tags get tiresome, but I understand the need from an account aspect. Very Good Expense Reporting App/Site
What do you like best? The customer service has been excellent beyond belief. More companies should take their model from Certify. What do you dislike? The app is difficult to customize. For anyone not having used an app before, it is fine. But our PMs have used spreadsheets for decades and switching to an app-system has been a nightmare for several of them. Ease of use
What do you like best? Submitting the expenses is super easy and having the charges automatically sync to certify is so convenient What do you dislike? I think that merging expenses was kind of confusing in the beginning What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping on top of business expenses and being able to see how much you have spent/how much you will be reinbursed is super easy

Simple. Fast. Accurate
What do you like best? Certify Reads your receipts, limiting time spent on data entry What do you dislike? nothing comes to mind to improve the service What business problems are you solving with the product?
