Expenses easy
What do you like best? Able to use my phone or IPad on the go. Simple and fast. What do you dislike? Not a Certify issue but sometime the approver waits over a week or more to approve. Not sure if Certify send daily email reminders when approval requests are waiting. I have had trouble at times uploading pictures for receipts due to it being slow. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Submitting payments. What do you like best? Super easy to use, feature rich, great reporting! What do you dislike? Nothing! This product has everything I need to expense my travel and projects. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project travel receipts mileage. Reporting for approvals. Forecasting for annual travel budgets.

Easy to Use and approvals now take less time.
What do you like best? No more going to the post office to mail out reports. Great tech support. What do you dislike? Getting familiar with the terminology. Out of luck if my cell phone is not working. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining. This is an effective way to process expense reports.
