One of the least intuitive apps I've ever used
What do you like best? Sorry to say, but I do not like anything about this app What do you dislike? Extremely non-intuitive, takes much longer than any other expense app I've used and their support is not very knowledgeable with the product. Recommendations to others considering the product Review other apps that are more intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expense reporting. No benefits, only problems.

It is a very great software
What do you like best? The software itself is very fast to run and easy to record expenses at work. What do you dislike? There is nothing much, maybe just the design part of the website. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has helped with the travel expense control and faster since we do not need to submit paper receipts.

Department Level Budgeting is a Breeze
What do you like best? Team members can submit their reports to not only their immediate managers for approval, but it can be submitted up to another level of managers. It allows the people who need to see it, to actually see it. Also, I enjoy the ability to export the data into spreadsheets. I also LOVE the mobile app! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the ease of entering expenses to management. Able to run back reports from prior months. What do you dislike? It does what I need it to do.
What do you like best? I like that there are multiple avenues of approving expense reports, either as an admin, as the approver, or via manual self-approvals depending on the company setup. What do you dislike? In the past there were sync issues, and if I left a receipt in the queue for too long without syncing, the syncs would begin to fail, and the upload image feature wasn't always there so I lost some receipts in the past. What do you like best? Organized program. Keeps history which is easy to use. overall user friendly. What do you dislike? Too many email reminders. Difficult at times to enter more than 1 or 2 items. Makes expense reports painless
What do you like best? I like that I can upload receipts from anywhere, any time. I don't have to worry about losing them any more! What do you dislike? I feel like there could be a few less clicks, and it could be easier to attach receipts to the expense items. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlines expense reporting and makes it easier/faster to have them turned in and get approvals.
