Great Software, Average Implementation
What do you like best? Certify is very easy to use for business travel expenses. Helpful. At my previous workplace organizing our travel expenses was a nightmare. What do you dislike? There are certain cross compatibility issues with other softwares. When we contacted their customer support center they were initially not very helpful, but once we moved up the chain things were taken care of pretty quickly. More complicated than need be
What do you like best? I love the mileage calculation. You put in the address that you are at and the address where you went and it calculates the mileage for either one way or round trip. It's handy when you travel between office locations. What do you dislike? It's not super intuitive. What do you like best? Tracking mileage is the best feature. Being able to upload a receipt and put in addition expenses is easy What do you dislike? Searching for mileage only using numbers instead of being able to search it by street name What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quicker payout for tracking and submitting mileage. Also don’t have to retype each address every time, it’s saved.
