Super Easy
What do you like best? It is very user-friendly in both the web version and the app (which communicate seamlessly, by the way! What do you dislike? Honestly, there are not many downfalls- I sometimes forget to enter a location for my expense and it makes me do that before i submit, but that's not a big problem. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My organization used to use paper expense reports- this is exponentially better!

Works great.
What do you like best? Reduces time submitting receipts for reimbursements. What do you dislike? For me, it's a little difficult or confusing to put together my wallet and reimbursements. Also, it seems that the transactions can be duplicated at times. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamline reimbursement submitting.

Very easy to use!
What do you like best? The best part about Certify is how easy it is to import receipts and attach them to the correct credit card report. The variety if ways to send it in means that I don't always have to print a paper copy of the receipt. What do you dislike? Mileage is easier
What do you like best? How easy it is to do my mileage and expense report monthly What do you dislike? I have to be connected to the network in order to use my computer, otherwise I have to do it on my cell phone Recommendations to others considering the product Easy to use product What business problems are you solving with the product? Good Expense Management Platform
What do you like best? I have been using Certify for about a year now. The best feature of Certify is the ability to synchronize expenses with a credit card company. This makes managing my expenses very easy and frees up a lot of time. What do you dislike? Some of the interface options are not the best. User interface very simple and efficient
What do you like best? Ease of use with simplified graphics and one-touch syncing of expenses. Built-in image capture of receipts makes for easy submission of expense report. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about the app. I use the mobile version and have had no issues. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking and approving travel/on-site expenses.
