What do you like best? I like that the Certify Expense reports have many different options in the Details column for substantiation of the expense. The employees we have in the company are in many different states, so this helps narrow down which branch location the expense should be coded to and the customers/employees/attendees they were with for the expense. Easy to Use/Easy to Maintain

What do you like best? Ability for system to be maintained by minimal staff What do you dislike? Corporate card information can be edited by user in reports Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the ACH feature whenever you can. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to report on expenses going back to day 1 of go live. All employees can use the system

The platform meeds all standard needs PLUS has some great additions. Implementation was easy.

What do you like best? The approval hierarchy workflow and correlating features. What do you dislike? The inability to easily reassign pending expense reports. What do you like best? Certify is relatively new compared to the likes of Concur but that has not stopped them from developing a great system. They may not have all of the features that Concur currently does but it is very apparent that they are putting development into the system to be the best. Great Product

What do you like best? Managing user imports is a great labor saving step. You can enter users manually or they can flow from UltiPro. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting is not useful to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using and interface to upload new users--only flagged ones--from UltiPro and the accounting mistakes have been reduced almost to zero.

What do you like best? The times that I have had to reach out for assistance to navigate the system, the representative has been pleasant, and helpful. Time Saved is Money Saved

What do you like best? I love that all communication can be handled within Certify. An Approver can open an Inquiry which saves the report from being returned, the Submitter can reply to the inquiry, everything is recorded in the report for history, and now Approvers can add images which nearly eliminates the need to return a report. Users report that it takes far less time to submit their expenses and Approvers are reporting the ability to approve a record amount a day! Personally, I ...
