Ease on gettng reimbursements
What do you like best? that I'm able to upload the receipts same time I file for reimbursement What do you dislike? Sometimes when I upload the receipts, it takes time but I guess that was the time that I was not too familiar with the program. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? none. The benefits are the ease of submitting for reimbursement versus filling out paperwork, faxing to wherever etc.

Easy and love the program
What do you like best? Pictures and autofill is super easy. Keeps expenses manageable and easy What do you dislike? Sometimes autofill doesn’t work but it’s understandable. Recommendations to others considering the product Better than concur! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expense and travel. Renting cars is cheaper !

SImple and Easy!
What do you like best? Certify gives you various options on how to submit your receipts. The app allows me to submit receipts then and there and not have to safe keep them while I travel. What do you dislike? I dislike that you have sync your receipts in order for them to appear on your wallet going from app to website. What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy and fast
What do you like best? Ease of use and timeliness. Helps manage travel expenses What do you dislike? Sometimes the receipts don't load on the first attempt. Annoying to have to resend. What do you like best? Mobile and desktop functionality, ability to store receipts for later completion of expense report What do you dislike? A bit of a learning curve re: uploading and saving all receipts to make sure that the expense report tracks to the next level. What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy to Use & App is Great!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create expense reports and how fast the mobile app is! I love that I can take a picture of my receipts and save them to the app - makes it super easy to keep everything together! What do you dislike? Honestly, I don't think anyone LOVES submitting expense reports BUT Certify does make it a lot easier and less painful. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nothing!

Certify is quick, simple and easy to use.
What do you like best? I think the email load up of receipts is quick and simple. You can send them I an email to you self and certify weill catalog and organize them for you. What do you dislike? From time to time the actual data for the receipts is not properly transferred so you have to verify each receipt after you upload it. Makes expense processing painless!
What do you like best? I can quickly forward receipts from my email to the system and it auto-populates some of the information. The system is extremely user friendly and sped up the processing time for expense payments. Not to mention saving us money on shipping costs from mailing expense paperwork across the country multiple times. What do you dislike? Why I love Certify as an expense log and report
What do you like best? One of the painful experiences while traveling was keeping folded up receipts for fuel, tolls, and meals all folded up in my wallet. With Certify, a simple snapshot of the receipt can be taken and then used to fill out the report. The wallet function is perfect for reducing clutter and finding all receipts on your mobile app. I also enjoy the mileage calculation and mapping of stops on a route for use during a days worth of calls.
