Easy to use app
What do you like best? The app on the phone is so readily accessible and it makes submitting receipts very convenient What do you dislike? Making changes on the phone was kind of difficult due to the screen size What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using certify takes away a lot of the wait time & paperwork for filling out expense reports

Clear and concise to use
What do you like best? Using the app on the go. It makes it easy to upload receipts immediately. What do you dislike? Filing the expense report is done much easier on the computer versus the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Made it faster to do an expense report.

Very Easy to Use!
What do you like best? I like that you can add receipts in multiple ways and through the app - it makes submitting expenses so much easier and more convenient. The app and website are also really easy to navigate. The first time I used Certify, I didn't need any help at all. What do you dislike? I wish you could submit a reminder to an approver if they haven't approved your expenses within a certain period of time. I know you can send them an email, but it would be nice to just have ...

What do you like best? I like the Add Destination portion in mileage, instead of having to add a new trip every time. What do you dislike? Sometimes the website has problems loading. Recommendations to others considering the product: Certainly a worthwhile endeavor What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easier to track my mileage and spending.

What do you like best? ease of uploading receipts, keeps info on frequent destinations. Sends email updates about approvals and payments What do you dislike? not being able to manually set the exchange rate, this is a big problem for large expenses. Certify has made expenses easier and more quickly reimbursed
What do you like best? Certify is incredibly easy to use and has greatly increased the speed at which we submit and get reimbursed for expenses. What do you dislike? On phone or tablet, you can not two finger zoom What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quicker reimbursement, therefore fewer financial headaches.

What do you like best? Easy photo and upload. Syncs easy with the online site. What do you dislike? Sometimes receipts are hard to sync and auto fill likes to make things up once in a while. What do you like best? The ease of importing supporting documents makes the whole process very simple. What do you dislike? When importing receipts on my own, the system seems to have trouble at times matching the receipts with the expenditure.
