Certify Experience
What do you like best? Processes quickly and shows errors prior to submitting. What do you dislike? The time it takes to link credit charges into Certify (this may be a CC issue and not Certify0. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It doesn't take too long to process a claim and the forced emails when a bill is in my wallet for processing.

Easy to use..
What do you like best? Using the app or website everything is connected. So if you scan your document and upload it then forget to complete you can use your phone to complete it. What do you dislike? Nothing really to dislike. At first it was a little difficult, but using it more it got easier and easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick and easy to send my receipts to our corporate office to get approved.

Best expense software I've used so far!
What do you like best? Easy to upload receipts in the field, easy to save a report for the month, and mileage tracking is superb. I love that I can enter the start and finish point for travel, and the mileage is calculated automatically. Also love the ability to add segments, and calculate all mileage for a given day. What do you dislike? All of my frustrations are related to internal expense policies that don't work well with the way Certify is set up. It's difficult to upload ...

Certify makes it easy
What do you like best? Certify is a very user friendly website. What do you dislike? Nothing. Submitting my expenses has never been easier! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Certify makes expense reports and submission an easy task. I have no complaints.

Convenient Way of Reimbursement
What do you like best? I like the ease of uploading receipts to accompany any expense reports. This makes it so much easier to track spending trends for Team Building Activity costs or Employee Training costs. What do you dislike? Much easier than our previous expense report
What do you like best? Snap a photo and add to report. Submit report and sends an email to my supervisor. Very easy to do What do you dislike? User Friendly and very convenient
What do you like best? The convenience of submitting my bills. The claim process is much easier than submitting bills and waiting for an approval without any status update. i discovered the feature of emailing the receipt which makes life much simpler where i can keep sending the receipts and only login once when I have to submit it for further approvals. Easy application
What do you like best? Easy to upload and edit expenses, easy to update throughout the month. What do you dislike? I'd like to be able to enter an item and upload while editing that same item. We are otherwise only able to upload a receipt then select that receipt then edit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? nope

What do you like best? I love the easy flow entering expenses via the phone app. What do you dislike? I have not found any issues with using Certify as of yet.
