Great experience with Certify.
What do you like best? Certify has been very easy to roll out to our employees. The ease of use and convience has been nice. What do you dislike? Really no problems at this time as everything has been very smooth. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to cut employees checks. More cost benefical.

Couldn't be more pleased!
What do you like best? The program is extremely "user friendly" even to those who are not completely comfortable with technology. What do you dislike? We sometimes seek the ability to be able to make specific reports that aren't listed on the site. That's our only downfall. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better grasp on controlling expense spending. It's a lot easier to notice and take control of obvious spending trends.

Certify is easy to use and has great customer support
What do you like best? Certify is simple to use and their customer support is responsive and available to all users. What do you dislike? The fact that it is so flexible means there are multiple ways to accomplish the same things. That sometimes causes confusion. What business problems are you solving with the product? Certify has been easy to implement from the back office and even easier to use.
What do you like best? The site navigation makes it simple for first time users. Most people are able to log on to Certify and walk themselves through it. What do you dislike? Error messages before linking AMEX cards to a user account. If there was a way to update on the front-end of setup, it might be easier. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to process expense reports quicker and finalize month-end earlier.

Great efficient service!
What do you like best? How easy it is to grasp. Immediately upon signing in you can figure out what needs to be done. What do you dislike? Almost too simple, like you are missing something. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving 250+ people from having to do manual expense reports. Realized that many mistakes in the past were made, and it allowed us to have less duplicate receipts.

Simple and efficient platform for every business to process expense reports electronically
What do you like best? Certify and our P-Card bank processor worked together to sync swiped transactions to each Certify user account What do you dislike? None. Very happy with the product and no issues. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlined expense reporting and enhanced user experience with 'picture shot' feature of capturing receipt.

Certify simplified our expense reporting
What do you like best? The ability to take a picture of your receipt was a game changer for us. What do you dislike? We have not found anything that we dislike about Certify. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The mobile capability has saved all of our employees from needing to save receipts and scan them for filing. The ease of use has saved all of employees time in this administratively challenged process.

Easy to use easy to work with
What do you like best? The users like the interface and the mobile apps. As the Controller, I like the reporting and the ease of integration into our general ledger. The people at Certify were all very easy to work with and helpful with our on-boarding. What do you dislike?
