What do you like best? Everything is electronic so I don't need to keep my paper receipts anymore. I just take a picture of them & go. What do you dislike? The approval process is a little confusing. What do you like best? Features are very easy to use and does not require a lot of navigation. Easy expense filing, quick approvals and reimbursements. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The drop downs are generally helpful, along with the ease of use. What do you dislike? sometimes program freezes and you constantly need to save your work - no system to have people reserve travel but not book if fully until approved by supervisor. Fast and easy!

What do you like best? How much easier it is to create an expense report, especially the app for receipts. What do you dislike? If you auto-create the expense report it doubles your expenses with the receipts instead of linking them. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Decreased the amount of time it takes to close; no more waiting for approvals when managers are traveling; etc.

What do you like best? Certify is great for travel and expense management. The training we provided our associates went very smooth and the program had a very small learning curve. What do you like best? Ease of use; you are up and running in literally minutes. What do you dislike? Not everyone in our global organization is using this technology. I really think you can't blame Certify for this....but I wish that all our entities would adopt this technology. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Customer service at Certify is great. They always follow up with us to make sure our issue was fully resolved. Our users like the ease of syncing receipts with the mobile app as well as the automatic linking of receipts to expenses. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The convenience of uploading expenses and how quickly I get reimbursed via ACH. What do you dislike?
