What do you like best? When we first switched over to Certify, I didn't want to do it because I liked doing it the old way. Once we started using it we were being paid much quicker. The old way may take a week or longer till my boss would even see it. Now that its electronic he can see it from anywhere he is. Its really easy to use and takes out all the guess work. Certify's Gift to Me: Two Days a Month!
What do you like best? I use my iPhone and iPad to take pictures of my receipts right after each business-related transaction (cash and work credit card and nearly effortlessly upload them to Certify. I also do a screen shot of bills that I pay online (such as my mobile phone and upload to my Certify account -- again, nearly effortlessly. Fast and easy expenses
What do you like best? It is very easy to upload expenses using a smartphone, and then compiling all those receipts electronically into an expense report to submit online. Best of all, the process streamlines the approval and payment process so I always receive my expense payment before I am billed so I am no longer making out of pocket payments to my credit card company. Expense reporting simplified!
What do you like best? Providing all of the information electronically so less paper! What do you dislike? I don't use the mobile app, so I have to scan my receipts and upload into certify.com, which can be time consuming. What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use especially when used with the Android App.
What do you like best? I liked the mobile app a lot. It makes imputing my receipts quick and easy as well as tracking my expenditures. Then finishing up on-line is a snap. What do you dislike? If you don't use/have the app, uploading a lot of receipts my take some time and the user interface could use some work. extremely convenient and easy to use
What do you like best? The mobile app. It allows me to store receipts and log my expenses as soon as I make them, ensuring that I don't lose any needed documentation or forget about any out of pocket expenses. Certify has brought more efficiency and timliness and much less hassle to our expense reporting.
What do you like best? The mobile app is incredibly handy for staff when traveling. In addition, our staff work from home offices, so this allows for streamlined expense reporting, no need to wait for the mail. No need to review stacks of receipts. What do you like best? Ease of use, mobile technology, knowing the companies expenses are reported accurately and timely What do you dislike? sometimes the mobile features don't work 100% and users get annoyed What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ensuring expense reports are submitted timely and accurately by employees who have access to the companies funds.
