Easy to use especially when used with the Android App.
What do you like best? I liked the mobile app a lot. It makes imputing my receipts quick and easy as well as tracking my expenditures. Then finishing up on-line is a snap. What do you dislike? If you don't use/have the app, uploading a lot of receipts my take some time and the user interface could use some work. Very Convenient and User Friendly
What do you like best? I like how convenient it is with the app on the phones as well. It is very straight forward. What do you dislike? How we have to combine all of our receipts into one pdf file. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's efficient in terms of getting all of the proper documents needed from our reps.

great and user friendly
What do you like best? Ease of use, everything is already there for you. I have already recommended this to a friend of mine to use at her business. Being in the "over 50" crowd, i am not so computer saavy, but with products like this I feel comfortable using it. Some other programs have so much involved it brings on axiety. Great Interface. Simple and Fun!
What do you like best? I like that I don't have to scan my receipts or even print them. If I make a reservation for a train ticket, I can take a photo of my receipt on the screen with the app and use that for my expense form. Completely paperless. It is so easy to use that I use it in real time, no more setting aside an hour of my day after I return from a trip to figure out my expenses. Very very slick. What do you dislike? Bye Bye Excel Sheets - Hello Certify!
What do you like best? Certify is the trailblazer of travel and entertainment automation. Certify uses a cloud platform so no messy software needed to be installed on our company's end. What do you like best? When we first switched over to Certify, I didn't want to do it because I liked doing it the old way. Once we started using it we were being paid much quicker. The old way may take a week or longer till my boss would even see it. Now that its electronic he can see it from anywhere he is. Its really easy to use and takes out all the guess work. Expense reporting simplified!
What do you like best? Providing all of the information electronically so less paper! What do you dislike? I don't use the mobile app, so I have to scan my receipts and upload into certify.com, which can be time consuming. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplified and expedited payments by Accounting.

Certify has brought more efficiency and timliness and much less hassle to our expense reporting.
What do you like best? The mobile app is incredibly handy for staff when traveling. In addition, our staff work from home offices, so this allows for streamlined expense reporting, no need to wait for the mail. No need to review stacks of receipts. What do you like best? Ease of use. The employees have minimal issues. What do you dislike? Can't think of anything right now. Droid users struggle with AP. Recommendations to others considering the product We have well over 400 guys out in the field that use it on lap tops and mobile. They very seldom call with issues. Ease of use, mobile technology, knowing the companies expenses are reported accurately and timely What do you dislike? sometimes the mobile features don't work 100% and users get annoyed What business problems are you solving with the product?
