Certify has been a great accounting platform for myself and my employees.
What do you like best? I really like the convenience of using the app on my phone for submitting receipts. The website is very easy to navigate whether submitting my own requests or for approving other requests. Employees of mine who dreaded using this product for the simple fact we were no longer doing calculations in excel, were pleasantly suprised by its ease of use and are 100% comfortable using the program going forward. Certify is a great web-based tool for submitting expense reports
What do you like best? Certify is great for reusing info for business travel. Especially if you travel to the same places a lot - it stores the names of hotels, airports, etc, in the dropdown menus so that you can reuse them next time. What do you dislike? I have trouble uploading receipts directly from my phone, so I usually save them to my hard drive first and them upload them from my computer. Couldn't be happier with Certify
What do you like best? Prior to implementing Certify our expense reporting process was not efficient. Our employees would have to create paper expense reports, have them signed by their supervisor, email them to the accounting department and then they would eventually be processed. The manual process often led to errors, missing receipts and delayed reimbursement. Now, with Certify, everything has been improved. Certify is simple
What do you like best? The ease of converting paper receipts to digital via mobile phone. What do you dislike? The app on my Samsung S5 keeps crashing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I tend to lose my receipts while travelling. Now I make sure I take a picture and upload before I get the chance to lose it.

Certify is outstanding!
What do you like best? I love that Certify makes processing expenses quick and super easy. I also love the Certify app which makes the process even quicker. I can simply take a picture of the receipt, fill in the information and submit. It's great. Certify has helped significantly decrease the time it takes for my company to reimburse me. What do you like best? Several easy ways to submit receipts - Mobile App, Email, etc. Built in workflow for approvals Built in travel policy ACH Payments Reporting is a nice feature which provides users with insight on their spending throughout the year. Easy to approve -- easy to submit.. indispensable.
What do you like best? I get a message when some one sends me an expense account for review, and since I travel a lot, I can get to it quickly and efficiently. Never have to wait until i get back to the office to approve the reports and get my people paid. On the same token, I do my report as we go and submit it timely. I also get my money back very quickly. What do you dislike? There are more features that I would like to see in it... like automatic recurrent expenses, or better ways ...

By far one of the best improvements we have made as a group!
What do you like best? The biggest gain we got back is time....as anyone knows, getting back precious time in your workday is almost priceless. When I came aboard, my sales team was spending literally hours on their Expense Reports. Since implementing Certify, it takes them about 10-15 minutes. They love it! What do you dislike? Easy to use
What do you like best? I love Certify, as crazy as using the word love is to describe an expense management tool, it is true. It is so easy to complete an expense report. My favorite thing is taking a photo and emailing it to Certify and the fact that the system prepopulates my details. With my previous tool, I would put off filing a report for months.
