I never had so much fun doing an expense report

What do you like best? It is fast and easy to use. I have done more than 265 expense reports using Certify. Using Certify cuts the time in half compared to paper. Reviewing and approving expense reports is faster and easier too because all the receipts are organized and matched up with the expenses. What do you dislike? There is nothing not to like about it. What do you like best? The ability to attach copies of receipts immediately. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything about this system. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No more lost receipts, no need to fax or email report for approval. Immediate submission and notice of approval or disapproval.

Certify is a great web-based tool for submitting expense reports

What do you like best? Certify is great for reusing info for business travel. Especially if you travel to the same places a lot - it stores the names of hotels, airports, etc, in the dropdown menus so that you can reuse them next time. What do you dislike? I have trouble uploading receipts directly from my phone, so I usually save them to my hard drive first and them upload them from my computer. What do you like best? Prior to implementing Certify our expense reporting process was not efficient. Our employees would have to create paper expense reports, have them signed by their supervisor, email them to the accounting department and then they would eventually be processed. The manual process often led to errors, missing receipts and delayed reimbursement. Now, with Certify, everything has been improved. What do you like best? The ease of converting paper receipts to digital via mobile phone. What do you dislike? The app on my Samsung S5 keeps crashing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I tend to lose my receipts while travelling. Now I make sure I take a picture and upload before I get the chance to lose it.

Very convenient and easy to use.

What do you like best? Ability to load your expenses offline and push them when you are connected online is a great capability to have especially when traveling overseas. What do you dislike? The UI can be upgrade. JQuery Mobile is a bad user experience. I am a mobile developer myself and I know that upgrading the UI is not that hard. So please take the time to satisfy your customer that way even though it may not bring direct ROI. It means a lot to all users. Trust me!!! ...

What do you like best? The most valuable and efficient feature to me is the capability to add receipts and build an expense report as I travel, Take a picture upload the receipt and done. What do you dislike? The layout how the expenses and receipts are not on the same page, click and drag option would be fantastic. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? What I like most in Certify is how easy it is to complete your expenses reporting. Both the smart phone App and the full access via computer provide you with a very seamless way to upload your receipts, categorize your expenses, and edit any additional information that you may require such as notes and clarifications to the administrator.
