Certify is a breeze
What do you like best? Certify creates reports as you go and the best feature is the ability to get receipts uploaded multiple ways. I prefer scanning instead of the mobile app but that's an option. Assigning receipts to expenses is easy and the ability to see your expense side-by-side next to the receipt makes reconciliation a breeze. What do you dislike? Certify for Expense Reports
What do you like best? Our process for expense reports used to involve creating an excel spreadsheet and then submitting scanned receipts via email to our finance department. Switching to Certify has made submitting expense reports a breeze as you can take a picture of receipts with your phone, upload them from a computer, etc. What do you dislike? The transition once I used the automatic reporting system was seamess.
What do you like best? Not having to keep and send in receipts. I like the automation of taking a photo of the receipt and entering the information into Certify, then synchronizing the information into a report. What do you dislike? I'm still trying to learn how to adjust my expense account balance if I purchase an item and then return one of the items for credit. Simple and efficient!
What do you like best? I like that I can scan a receipt into my phone right away. The process is very easy and the expense report can be set to create itself automatically at the end of each month! What do you dislike? I think that the receipt capture could be better, I use Doc Scan and it straightens and flattens the image, something like that would be a plus. I RATE THIS APPLICATION A 100+ FOR EASE OF USE AND REPORTING.
What do you like best? My company uses Certify for tracking and inputing of mileage reimbursement for their employees. It is the most friendliest of applications I have ever used. I love the history I can review by just a couple of clicks. I use the report to approve or disapprove expenses for mileage for my market. Would highly recommend this application. THE BEST OUT THERE! What do you like best? It is paperless, accurate, efficient, and quick. You can archive your expenses for records. Simple to use. What do you dislike? I don't like the recent change in format. it is not as easy as the old one but it is still useful. What do you like best? I like the easy access and quick ways you can load in receipts and get everything documented. The mobile site is crucial for our business and helps me in keeping receipts organized. I also like that you can review the restaurants you are expensing and can share that so others can see.
