What do you like best? It's very straightforward to use. The mobile app is the best at facilitating getting receipts into the system! Most of our company is Sales Reps who are on the road; the mobile app and the simplicity of use helps them with the task they like the least - admin work! What do you dislike? Great Product
What do you like best? We have 16 field reps traveling across the country. Certify makes it easy for them to track and submit their expense reports without sending in packets of paperwork. No more making copies or lost receipts. Reports are more efficient and quicker to review and approve. They eliminate stacks of paper, lost receipts and bad handwriting. What do you dislike? Productivity enhancer
What do you like best? Since I'm always traveling, Certify not only allows me to capture my expenses on the spot but also allows me to approve many employee's expenses via my mobile devices. I can continue to be very responsive and get my own expenses submitted as soon as my trip ends while the expenditures are fresh in my head. What do you dislike? I believe the auto fill from scan could catch more of the details. At least it captures some, giving me a head start on data entry. ...

Time Saver
What do you like best? Whether I am at my desktop or on the go I am able to upload receipts at any time. I can log in to Certify, upload my receipts, and submit my expense report faster than any other service our company used in the past. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about Certify. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This question does not apply for me specifically.

Just a few months in, and Certify has made life simpler.
What do you like best? The shuffle of paper expense reports and receipts was very time-consuming. Not only are electronic submissions hassle-free, but I also get reports quicker now, since it is so easy for my employees. What do you dislike? I still have some difficulty reconciling expenses to our AMEX bill each month, but mostly due to user error (not properly reporting each expense. What do you like best? I most enjoy the GL interface with QuickBooks. This saves us a ton of time with expense report processing. What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that you can't approve only a portion of expenses and disapprove the others without returning the expense report to the employee for resubmission. What do you like best? Very simple to use, the application is great! very easy to snap shots of receipts. Online support is fast too. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints.
