Fast, simple and efficient Certify service

What do you like best? It's easy and simple to use. You always have access to expense files and submissions. What do you dislike? Getting a good camera shot of my receipts. Recommendations to others considering the product It's a very convenient service that is always available to use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Distance travel and off your travel expenses have been addressed. Any time any where I can submit my expenses.

Paperless process

What do you like best? Certify eliminates paper which is a huge plus. Certify also improved the reporting process by integrating Users, their Managers and AP. What do you dislike? Certify is very easy to use and results in me getting my reimbursement much more quickly.

What do you like best? Our previous process involved downloading a spreadsheet, filling it out a and sending it to my manager for signature. It was then mailed in for payment. This could take as long as 4-6 weeks. With certify I can complete my expense report, submit it for approval and be reimbursed in as little as two days. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use. Very straight forward to submit expenses and upload receipts. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is so easy and convenient. You just snap a picture of a receipt and download it directly to the expense report. Almost all features are intuitive to use and the system is constantly being improved based on customer feedback.
