What do you like best? Certify's phone app for uploading images of receipts at any time is a great time (and memory saver. Receipts can be uploaded, along with expense info each day (often at time of expenditure, instead of having staff stand at a scanner or copier each week or month. The automatic routing for approvals is a time saver and improves reliability of the approval process. What do you dislike? so easy so convenient

What do you like best? I like that I can do expense reports on the fly and not carry around receipts. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike yet. I've only been using 1 year. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's helping keep me organized and saves me time.

We have using Certify for about 18 months now. The sofware is very user friendly and intuitive.

What do you like best? The many options available for capturing receipts. That has been our biggest challenge. What do you dislike? Nothing really, easy to use and intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expense reports arrive fully supported and coded. Saves time and money.

We are using this to integrate corporate Credit card expenses with QuickBooks. Certify has provided a platform that allows this, which our previous provider did noty.

Certify is quick and easy

What do you like best? That I'm always caught up with submitting my expenses! What do you dislike? The credit card merge, I end up with duplicates that I cannot delete. Recommendations to others considering the product Timely submissions of expenses, fast and easy. Intuitive format. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick turn-over of expenses, means up to date accounting for everyone.

Easy for users

What do you like best? Easy to upload receipts to the software and then create an expense report" What do you dislike? I wish the mobile app allowed you to create a new expense report. Expense reporting module

What do you like best? The real time feature of this tool is great- it allows visbility into our expenses ahead of the month. Also, the ability to turnaroudn epxense reporting much more quickly has been time saving in our month close. Plus, the output file that it generates is the best time saver rather than having to enter all teh indidivual expenses. What do you like best? Ease of use. It's click, click, done. I get an e-mail notification as my expense report passes through each stage of approval. Very nice feature. What do you dislike? Attaching paper receipts is a bit of a hassle. You have to do things in a particular order to get the attachment to show up.
