Time saving and easy to use

What do you like best? Using Certify is very time saving for myself. I am on the road 65% of the time, and time management is critical in my line of work. Certify makes it easy to keep track of receipts, as you can enter data each day up until you submit a final report. It helps keep me organized, and assists me in never misplacing a receipt! What do you like best? What I like most is using my Iphone to take pictures of receipts. It is much better than having to make copies of each one so I can email them for approval. What do you dislike? When using the picture function sometimes I wish I could take and save the picture while filling in less info. What do you like best? It is very easy to create the monthly reports and match the receipts to the expenses. What do you dislike? No dislikes so far in the process of using the product as I only use it for department credit card expenses. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a paperless company and the feature to attach the scanned receipts is a great feature.

An expense system for the modern age!

What do you like best? The ability to capture and upload receipts via my mobile phone. Prior to using Certify, I had to tape them to a blank sheet of paper, make a copy and fax that detail over to my AP department for processing. One of my challenge travailing is keeping up with a hard copy of receipt, today by using my apps on I phone snap a picture of the receipt, BINGO I am in business, I don’t have to worry about if I lose my receipt or not What do you dislike? What do you like best? By replacing paper expense reports, we've reduced the time it takes to process weekly expense reports dramatically. What do you dislike? There's no facility for a non-user to be able to go in and review/print expense reports. Easy to Use

What do you like best? That I can upload receipts right from my cell phone. What do you dislike? Sometimes the receipts don't sync from my phone and I have to wait until the app is a little less glitchy. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is much easier than submitting paper reimbursement forms every month.

Great tool to to record but need better reports

What do you like best? Easty to keep updating trasnaction by many differnt ways What do you dislike? Reports are still poor and need preodic analysis features by date, payee, category, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It definitely saves time to compose my expense reports and offer brief reports per expenses but i need some report features that I can utilize when working on annual review and plan for the next year/season.

What do you like best? Certify makes keeping track of expenses easy and simple via their app. I can log an expense and upload a photo of the receipt before I leave a restaurant or store. What do you like best? Uploading receipts through the camera on my telephone. What do you dislike? Sometimes receipts fail to upload or sync and the process needs to be repeated a couple times.
