I am very pleased with Certify. Our transition was very easy and the support was great.

What do you like best? It was very easy for us to begin using Certify, we had great training and the support after was just wonderful. Every one is very helpful. What do you dislike? The only thing I can think of would be to have better reports or be able to create reports that I want. What do you like best? Certify makes it easy for me to manage my expenses and make sure that I'm following all of my company's guidelines for submission. Any issues with a particular expense are clearly identified and easy to resolve. The per diem wizard is also very easy to use. What do you dislike? Certify Using for 1 Year

What do you like best? It's electronic and there is an app for my smart phone. What do you dislike? Frequently when I sent emails to certify that contain receipts they get bounced back to me. The system also is slow when uploading receipts. There seem to be glitches with the receipts. This happens randomly and eventually the receipts upload but it's slow. What do you like best? It is easy, intuitive, and works well with an iphone. What do you dislike? Nothing. I can't think of anything that I would change. Intuitive software makes reimbursements easy.

What do you like best? Being able to take a photo of a receipt with my phone and Certify autofills the fields. It's not always completely correct, but it's better than starting at zero. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to upload receipts from my computer from within a reimbursement. What do you like best? It is very easy to teach my coworkers how to use Certify and it is very user-friendly. It's very straight forward how to create expense reports and isn't hard to learn. What do you like best? Makes it very easy to keep up with expenses on the go. I use the iOS app and Windows Phone app, and both work well. Snap a pic of the receipt, auto fill, clean up the details, and submit. Toss the receipt and you're on your way. What do you dislike?
