Simple and easy to use.

What do you like best? Once acclimated with Certify, it is very easy to use. Yes it does take some learning if you're not used to it but that learning curve is not very long. 1-2 times and you're good to go. It keeps all receipts and expenses organized and easy to track for payment/reimbursement purposes. The approval process is takes no time at all providing everything is submitted in a timely manner. Straightforward interface and easy to track expenses on the road

What do you like best? I have used a number of travel expense systems over the years and Certify is one of the most accessible to a traveler. The tools to capture receipt images and link them to a report make tracking things very easy - and reduces the hassle of keeping track of all those paper receipts over the course of a trip. Great Organizing Tool

What do you like best? Permanent record of expenses with pics of receipts and ease of use. What do you dislike? Have to be sure that you check "I paid for this" rather than "Company paid" - would like to be able to set a default. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Proper recording of expenses with receipt copies. Great benefit at audit time.
