What do you like best? Our users find the system easy to use and intuitive. Compared to our previous expense reporting systems, Certify makes it easy for employees to submit their expense reports, which also causes them to prepare the reports more timely. Easy to use and efficient - allows you to compile your report as you go along

What do you like best? Very simple to capture receipts on your mobile device as you incur the expense, then sync with your tablet or laptop to complete and submit your expense report. It it much more efficient than compiling and submitting a paper report. What do you dislike? Really nothing ti dislike. Very easy to learn how to use. Had a wonderful experience

What do you like best? Previously I have to submit my expenses using MS excel sheet.It was a big hassle however using Certify made this process smooth and very easy. Just you have to create your profile once and then use it whenever you company travel expenses. At every approval you get notification email. Moreover you can also you Certify app. Love this product. Fast and easy submission of expense reports from smart phone!!

What do you like best? I like that I can easily submit expense reports and upload receipts with my smart phone in a couple minutes. What do you dislike? I haven't found instructions on how to upload multiple receipts on the same expense report. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? NA

What do you like best? The user interface both online as well as the mobile app is very clean and user friendly compared to at least one of their more well known competitors. We also like that we can make corrections to incorrect postings on the fly without having to return the report to the end user just so they can make a simple change and then have it go thru the approval process all over again. Certify is extremely efficient for us!

What do you like best? Prior we were using excel spreadsheets and emailing them to certain approvers. Now we have the ability to submit and see from start to finish where the expense request is at. What do you dislike? We require receipts for all expense requests. The capability still let's the users submit, even though they know the processes, which can make the approval a little more time consuming.
