It was simple and straightforward.

Simple, organized, smart expense reporting
What do you like best? Easy to use technology- certify has made my life much easier! I especially enjoy being able to upload receipts from my phone or email them in. What do you dislike? I would enjoy if there was a feature to remind users of expense cycles What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Certify is very useful to keeping my marketing efforts organized- keep track of my travel and spending.

Love This Product
What do you like best? I absolutely love how easily accessed Ceritfy is on the go. No matter where I am I can keep track of my expenses. What do you dislike? So far, I have not come across anything that I dislike about it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This product is solving the questionability of mileage... It maps your route out for you and you don't have to keep up with the miles on your odometer.

Approval process!
What do you like best? The approval process is so easy now with Certify, no more mounds of paper! What do you dislike? Can't recall a disapproved expense report Recommendations to others considering the product Save your employees a lot of time.. Certify Experience
What do you like best? Certify has been one of the best expense reporting apps. I think my favorite feature is the ability to take a picture of the receipts I have and allow the application to autofill the lines for me. Compared to some of my friends, my expense report is a breeze whereas theirs' is arduous to fill out. What do you dislike? Some of the challenges with it is submitting the report via mobile. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to navigate the system and how many options there are for types of expenses so I can get very detailed. What do you dislike? When I have multiple expenses for the same type of expense (but need to list them separately for receipt purposes, or because they were on different dates I don't like that I have to add them one at a time. Switch to Certify for ease of tracking expenses.
What do you like best? Being able to enter address into Certify and mileage calculated. What do you dislike? I had some difficulty using at first - the 'uploading' part. I have found that it works much better to enter expenses as they occur. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? easy to keep track of expenses: mileage, conferences, motels.
