There isn't anything that I can say concerning a dislike. It supports my need. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We Love Certify

What do you like best? I love that my business credit card is linked to Certify so that every time a charge hits my credit card, an expense is generated in my expense report section. This makes it easy to ensure that I don't forget any expenses in my report. I also love how easy it is to send and attach receipts. What do you dislike? Vast improvement for us over excel and pdf receipts

What do you like best? I'm the assistant controller and Certify System Administrator. We are coming from Excel w/pdf receipts. Overall the system is a huge improvement over our former process at a reasonable price point. I like the approval workflow and reports. I like the mobile app for capturing receipt images. Easy to use

What do you like best? It is easy to document all expenses and easy to understand what information needs to be entered. I like how when you upload receipts, it automatically places the receipt under the correct code. What do you dislike? You cannot document a complete trip with one or more stops. Ex. Easy to use

What do you like best? I can easily upload receipts through email and from my phone. Reporting is a breeze because I no longer have to send in hard copies of anything. What do you dislike? Every time I upload a receipt the computer lists it as a new expense. Therefore I always have double expenses listed on my reports until I correct it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Receipts are easy to keep track of. Reporting time is short.

What do you like best? It's so convenient to be able to email, scan or submit via app all of your receipts. Having several options to upload is very useful. What do you dislike? While on the website reviewing receipts, you cannot assign a receipt to an expense description. I don't like having to add the receipt, then click to edit.
