Lots of Work, but so glad it was with Certent

What do you like best? Our Certent team was very patient with us and ADP (who were born yesterday). What do you dislike? ADP inability to understand simple concepts that Certent and our company needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are setting up a file feed from ADP to Certent to make our equity plan management run smoother.

What do you like best? The website is very user friendly and easy to learn. It has helped us shave off countless hours of manual spreadsheets and calculations. What do you dislike? I'm still new to this tool but would like more administrative privileges in the accounting users to create reports and upload the data we need. What do you like best? I went from knowing zero about the equity management system, to feeling very comfortable moving around with the help of the support documents, support videos and the great support team. They are quick to respond and super helpful. Easy to use tool with a helpful support team

What do you like best? The tool is easy to utilize and significantly better than tracking on spreadsheets. From import templates to standard reporting, there are help guides to direct you along the way. What do you dislike? Non-standard transactions can cause issues, because system rules are rigid in certain areas. The help desk team is well versed in work-around procedures for non-standard issues.
