What do you like best? I like that all of my equity data is in one location. All of my employees can access their equity data on their portal. I also like that it handles the accounting aspects automatically. What do you dislike? Certent has great customer service

What do you like best? They are quick with responses and always updating their services to meet customer needs and requests What do you dislike? I'm fairly new but sometimes things are buried in the headers. Using the help function works pretty well though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest help with certent is that they allow us to do equity administration in reporting without the manual touches.

What do you like best? The team is readily available for questions and to provide updated reporting. What do you dislike? For some issues, it would be helpful to be able to update without submitting to Certent, i.e. address changes, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The FIX connection works great for our employees, but most importantly for the end user that we primarily work with - the broker and its employees. Good platform

What do you like best? The system is pretty friendly and easy for someone to figure out without a lot a training. What do you dislike? We feel as if we have to put cases in for most actions that we complete in the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Certent's record as the leading stock administrator and reporting provider makes my job that much easier. From uploading new grants to participants exercising grants, it's all very streamlined and efficient. In addition, vesting schedules are automated from the beginning of a grant to the settlement of the grant. What do you dislike?
