What do you like best? The FIX connection works great for our employees, but most importantly for the end user that we primarily work with - the broker and its employees. What do you like best? Whenever I have a question or problem, Certent is quick to provide the right answer or solution. What do you dislike? The downloaded reports don't always match the online reports, especially in column headings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Accounting expense calculations and recognition; grant acceptance.

What do you like best? Certent's customer support team is very responsive. They are always willing to help and provide additional assistance as needed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Certent's record as the leading stock administrator and reporting provider makes my job that much easier. From uploading new grants to participants exercising grants, it's all very streamlined and efficient. In addition, vesting schedules are automated from the beginning of a grant to the settlement of the grant. What do you dislike?
