What do you like best? Certent has allowed us to move away from Excel spreadsheets and manual calculations. It saves time and gives us more reliable data. What do you dislike? There are many aspects are Certent that we do not utilize because we have been unaware of the capabilities. I wish we had known about these tools sooner. What do you like best? There are lots of reports available and you can also customize one. I also like that i can the favorite reports and create reports batch What do you dislike? What do you like best? The thing I like best is regardless of what comes up with our plan, Certent has the ability to handle it. Anytime I think I have something unusual that the site won't be able to handle, it can handle. What do you dislike? The only minor complaint I have is that it can sometimes take longer to get a response from the helpline than what I am accustomed to with other providers, but my questions always get answered so that is the most important part. Certent has great customer service

What do you like best? They are quick with responses and always updating their services to meet customer needs and requests What do you dislike? I'm fairly new but sometimes things are buried in the headers. Using the help function works pretty well though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest help with certent is that they allow us to do equity administration in reporting without the manual touches.

Good platform

What do you like best? The system is pretty friendly and easy for someone to figure out without a lot a training. What do you dislike? We feel as if we have to put cases in for most actions that we complete in the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving our option and restricted stock problem with Certent. We have realized that we don't have realized that we don't have to use Excel anymore.
