What do you like best? Certent has really assisted our company with some fairly complex equity compensation issues. We did not have the internal expertise or manpower, so we really needed a partner to get them right. They were helpful both through administration, accounting, and maintenance of the awards. What do you like best? Certent's customer support team is very responsive. They are always willing to help and provide additional assistance as needed. What do you dislike? We haven't had as much training/information on all the additional offerings Certent has. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The accounting has made it very convenient for us to process our grants.
