What do you like best? The software/service is very intuitive and easy to use and the report format options are helpful. What do you dislike? Often times I need stock-based compensation reports by person, which I don't think exists. Only equity ID, which you then have to do a vlookup to a separate report of grants by person with grant ID listed. What do you like best? More or less, software platforms are very similar. What distinguishes Certent from other providers is the exceptional customer service. Even though we opted for the self-service module, the level of customer support is as if we had a fully outsourced program. What do you like best? Many different types of reports available What do you dislike? Not yet able to prorate shares on termination, but I understand it's in progress What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to provide plan participants with a full scope portal where they can access details about their plan, accept their grants, and see when future vesting will occur

Cap Table Management

What do you like best? Certent is a great tool to help manage an company's Cap Table and equity activity. What do you dislike? Certent has been great, but their reporting tools need to be improved. Takes complicated equity compensation issues and makes them look easy.

What do you like best? Certent has really assisted our company with some fairly complex equity compensation issues. We did not have the internal expertise or manpower, so we really needed a partner to get them right. They were helpful both through administration, accounting, and maintenance of the awards. Terrific Customer Service and overall Experience

What do you like best? I notice very well, that all Certent employees work and act as one conclusive team. This makes the experience for the clients great, especially when some plans and activities can be extremely complicated. This team spirit feeds to the client and makes our work far easier.
