A lot to offer in one platform; HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Document Mgmt, Performance...
What do you like best? Looking at the product from a payroll processing aspect - the amount of time that we are saving due to the systems ability to calculate retro pay based on the WFM side has been great. Our process time to commit payroll and then the reports are available shortly thereafter without the hassle of logging in to another system is excellent. Ceridian (Dayforce) has been instrumental in improving our companies efficiency and use of man-power
What do you like best? Using Dayforce's Workforce Management (WFM feature has been the greatest tool to measure our return on investment. Through WFM we were able to see where employee schedules and operational needs were not properly being aligned. Through WFM we saw the trend of overtime hours, as well as, see where employee attendance was lacking and adjust the schedules accordingly. What do you dislike? Ceridian Dayforce - A great Workforce Management software at a great Price!
What do you like best? I love the new look and feel of the latest 7.47 version. When we implemented almost 4 years ago, the look and feel was less than thrilling for our end users. However, Dayforce has come a LONG way and not only is the functionality there for what we need, the new HTML design makes the look a LOT cleaner.
