Dayforce, it is what it is.

What do you like best? I like that I am able to see my calendar of hours and my earnings are in one place. I also like the multiple buttons for clocking in and out. I like that you can organize job applications and what not through this software as well. What do you dislike? I dislike that on the calendar you cannot see the exact clock-in and clock-out times, rather just the # of hours you worked. User Friendly and Constantly Improving

What do you like best? Dayforce is very user friendly from both an administrator and employee standpoint. What do you dislike? Issues with Silverlight. Some modules work better in Chrome, even with Internet Explorer being the recommended browser. We sometimes need to switch browsers when moving from one module to another. Gets a lot right but still needs some work.

What do you like best? I like the way the system handles taxes. The ability to run extra pay runs without additional cost. What do you dislike? Reporting is not very strong. They are working to improve but there is still some work to be done to get it up to speed. Dayforce HCM is a great, single database cloud software, that is constantly adding new features.

What do you like best? Pros: One database means data is always consistent throughout modules. The flexibility within the configuration is unmatched. Beautiful appearance and very user-friendly. Useful for centralizing multiple functions, but somewhat clunky and a bit dated

What do you like best? We like that we can centralize HR, Payroll and WFM all in a single solution. This allows us to not have to worry about having multiple systems running and worrying about having to coordinate across systems. Scheduling made easy

What do you like best? I love how simple and accessible the Dayforce App is. I work for J crew and love having the ability to access all of my scheduling needs from my phone. What do you dislike? Convenient & User Friendly

What do you like best? I like that it is easily accessible with the app and you can request off, pick up shifts, trade, etc. What do you dislike? It keeps making you sync your calendar. What do you like best? I like that Dayforce offers an app for on-the-go use, has an easy to use interface and can be used for multiple needs (hiring, scheduling, payroll, etc..
