Work life made easier with world class technology support!
What do you like best? I am extremely pleased that Ceridian delivers on their promise of making "Work Life Easier." One employee record has simplified our HR data entry, not to mention cut down on multiple system entry errors. As an HR Director I can't put a value on my piece of mind that our HR data is accurate, that our payroll is accurate and our benefits reconcile every month. Smooth transition into Dayforce
What do you like best? The fact everything is in one place and you only need to enter data once. You can also track performance, training and health & safety information and report on it. What do you dislike? When you leave a page it does not prompt to save, so you could ultimately lose a lot of info just entered. Dayforce is becoming our one stop shop for HRIS functions
What do you like best? My favorite part about about Dayforce is the integration. I have utilized other HR systems in the past and it was painful to have to input the same employee details over and over again, and even more painful when changes needed to be made. In Dayforce, employee data (almost seamlessly flows from the HR side to timesheets, payroll, benefits, etc. What do you dislike? My least favorite part about Dayforce are the Timesheets. What do you like best? Dayforce is a robust full cycle system. This makes everything for our payroll, time and attendance, benefits and HR in one spot for easy access. What do you like best? Dayforce cares about its customers and is continually looking for feedback and ways to improve the software. What do you like best? The modules that Dayforce offers are so relevant for business today, also the way it is packaged in the application is great as you don't have to purchase separate additional modules as part of Dayforce. Good, albeit flawed platform
What do you like best? All-encompassing software including HR, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, reporting, etc. I think it's a pretty intuitive system, and I appreciate the fact that Ceridian is in the process of revamping the entire user interface because the previous version is very antiquated.
