What do you like best? Payroll! It is so much easier and far less manual. I also appreciate truly having one system instead of babysitting a bunch of back-end integration. Many of the other leading competitors for HCM all say they are one system but still use embedded code from other side systems. Dayforce truly is one. What do you like best? The ease at which it allows me to alter my availability and view my schedule for work. What do you dislike? The communication system between users under the same company branch could be improved. Currently there is only a way to post shifts that one wishes to have covered, but there isn't a way to send out an alert or notification to other users to prompt them to view it.
