Best on the market!

What do you like best? Payroll! It is so much easier and far less manual. I also appreciate truly having one system instead of babysitting a bunch of back-end integration. Many of the other leading competitors for HCM all say they are one system but still use embedded code from other side systems. Dayforce truly is one. What do you like best? The payroll and timekeeping modules are extremely user friendly and very customizable. The HRIS and benefits modules are the best I have ever worked with. What do you dislike? The best thing about Dayforce is not only the industry knowledge that comes with the software, but also the ability to customize the tool as our company's strategy continues to evolve. What do you like best? The ease at which it allows me to alter my availability and view my schedule for work. What do you dislike? The communication system between users under the same company branch could be improved. Currently there is only a way to post shifts that one wishes to have covered, but there isn't a way to send out an alert or notification to other users to prompt them to view it. I found that when looking up employee files you would only single click and most other computer programs to open a file you would double click.
