Our employees like it!

What do you like best? Employees have the ability to see their pay, timesheet and HR-related forms in real time without having to log into multiple sites. Managers have more access to their employee info as well. What do you dislike? Having trouble with onboarding at the moment. Not working the way we'd like and has limited ability to see who has finished and who hasn't. I find it very user-friendly.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The thing that I like with Dayforce is how surprisingly easy it is to operate after logging in for the first time. Coming from an organization that lack the mobile app for vacation time management, handling benefits, etc.., having this app on my smartphone is an added bonus! What do you like best? Everything I need to see for the business is available in this tool: metrics, timesheets, schedules, attendance, time away from work requests... all of it. What do you dislike? Login time is slow, and the mobile app has limitations, but these are fair trade offs for the convenience it provides. Ups and downs but overall has helped streamline many of our processes

What do you like best? I like the customization of the workflow and approvals which have helped us streamline our approval processes. The support model is the best that I have experienced. No matter what level ticket I submit I get a timely response and a knowledgeable and helpful rep. Level one tickets receive a response usually within minutes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that all modules are in one program so there is no need to import time/attendance data, payroll data, HR data, etc into any third party programs. What do you like best? I like the customer service and support. We have a Customer Success Manager that is assigned to our organization. I meet with her monthly and can reach out to her anytime. The support center has improved tremendously since we went live in 2015. They are responsive and friendly. The ability to configure the system to meet our organizations needs has been a huge benefit.
