What do you like best? We love the SourceTax and single database approach, and reporting has been very flexible. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Dayforce makes it convenient and simple for the end user. It's highly intuitive. As a result, we were able to increase self-service overuse. I love how the sandbox is able to replicate our current production environment. This leads to simpler troubleshooting and testing. What aspects are problematic or could work better? With a plethora of needs, aims, and locations, we were able to operate efficiently looking into our company data through single reports. Ceridian Time Professional

What do you like best? Ceridian Time Professional is an easy to use software. My current employer uses this system. I've had no issues with it in the last 3+ years we've been using it. What do you like best? Very basic homepage, relatively easy to navigate and I like that all of the information is consolidated in one place - with Dayforce you can see your time off (vacations, schedule, monthly paychecks (and what portion of the paycheck is taxed, you can enroll in your company benefits etc. Rather than having to log into different applications, the information I need is all here. Straightforward, Functional, and Helpful

What do you like best? Dayforce has an app for my iPhone that allows me easy access to my account. I'm able to clock in or out without a hassle, and I can check and edit my timesheet to reflect the correct hours I worked. It also allows me access to my earnings and time off requests, so I can check things even when I'm not in the office. What do you dislike? Scheduling made easy

What do you like best? The ease of scheduling shifts for employees to view through the app that allows them to submit requests, view scheduled shifts, and swap shifts with coworkers What do you dislike? When looking at schedules, the 15 minute breaks are deducted from time worked, when employees do not actually clock out for 15 minute breaks. What do you like best? While I am very new to Dayforce and use only a small corner of the system I have been very impressed. I use a different time management tool for my employer, but as a supervisor I oversee individuals who are employed by affiliates. For this I have access to the Dayforce system to approve timecards.
