What do you like best? I like the ease of navigating through the screens and different areas of the application. I love that it is EASY and self explanatory. It would not be difficult for Baby Boomers to navigate. You can edit the icons on your logon screen to fit your particular needs. What do you dislike? The customer services is fantastic. The product is constantly improving and they seriously take into account customer feedback. What aspects are problematic or could work better? An easy to use app that makes scheduling easy

What do you like best? Easy to see current and future schedules, request time off and swap shifts with other coworkers. Integrates will calendar app on phone, allowing for one touch synchronization of schedules. What do you dislike? Could have a little more functionality. What do you like best? I am a sales associate at a clothing store, and I use the Dayforce app on my phone to see my work schedule and request time off. I like that I can easily request time off without having to call the store and hope that the manager remembers the request. Recently, I've noticed that I have the option to sync my Dayforce calendar with my actual calendar, so that saves me some time (before that I would manually write down my schedule and then re-type it into my calendar. ...

What do you like best? The payroll and timesheet entry at one place. The people leaders has their team details consolidated at one place. The different roles that are available at Dayforce HCM are more useful like Employee, People Leader, Payroll Admin etc. What do you dislike? The payslip download functionality is not available. What do you like best? System itself seems to offer a lot of flexibility and functionality. What do you dislike? The fact that we weren't given all the options shown in the demo and now they expect additional fees in order to get what we told them we wanted originally. On the system for 3 months and we still don't know how to use it properly and can't use all the modules/functions because we haven't been shown how.
