Powerful tool for HR and payroll

What do you like best? Dayforce is a powerful yet flexible system which has allowed us to automate payroll processes that were previously handled manually. Their ability to handle multi-state payroll has been a real lifesaver. The system allows the HR department to have the power to make corrections and configurations ourselves which has saved us a lot of frustration. What do you like best? I like how interactive the interface is and the components are really unique. The app is helpful as well. I am able to check in easily and see updates on the Home section. The app could use an update to the design to make it feel more modern, but otherwise the navigation is good. What do you dislike? All in one program

What do you like best? Love how everything (aside from onboarding is all in one place. Dayforce can keep track of sales, payroll, timekeeping, daily tasks and scheduling. What do you dislike? The “plan” tab can be a little confusing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling is so much easier with Dayforce. Love that it can “auto schedule” based on saes and traffic.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This application is highly efficienet and easy to operate. Depending on the your company's set-up, you can seamlessly input your time either weekly or daily. It does a good job in keeping track of your PTO amount.
