Involvement is key/ Be specific and detailed with your expectations of the product.

What do you like best? We were sold on the notion that this system will support all our Payroll, HR, and Benefits needs and for the most part it has delivered. We've had continuous support to make our processes streamlined and more efficient. Customer support has been exceptional for the most part. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that everything is all inclusive. From hiring and onboarding, viewing earning statements, requesting time off and even enrolling in benefits. Our users can access everything in one place. And, the company is dedicated to making improvements all the time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We have been with Ceridian Dayforce HCM since 1015. We really like having one platform for HR and Payroll. Dayforce is a very robust system. Ceridian continues to upgrade and enhance Dayforce. The product is very easy to use from employees to management. Scheduling is a breeze and very simple. What do you like best? The best thing about Dayforce Benefits Module is that updates to payroll deductions for insurance premiums are made in real time. What do you dislike? The system is seriously lacking in terms of benefits administration. Many things that used to be done automatically when we were with a previous administration service are now done manually. What do you like best? ease of use for managers. Tracking of time is extremely easy and has saved managers at least 3 hours per week What do you dislike? implementation is never good. we struggled with implementation. Hire an outside adviser What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? time management was a big problem. we have been able to more properly schedule and reduce overtime.
