Dayforce @J.Crew
What do you like best? Dayforce notifies me about my upcoming schedule. I can also submit virtual requests to my manager for "away" days, as well as view other employees' schedules to request switches, if needed. In addition, when I am on break, Dayforce is immediately updated with my clock-ins and clock-outs so I know how much time I have remaining. What do you dislike? If I am not scheduled to work in advance and am requested to come into work last-minute, Dayforce is not updated ...

Outstanding all-in-one HRIS!
What do you like best? I am the Corporate Recruiter, so I utilize the Recruiting module probably more than anything else. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's designed to recognize patterns so staff is scheduled ...

Best for shift-working industries
What do you like best? Reporting tool is robust and effective. Easy to use once properly trained. Support portal is efficient and responds timely. What do you dislike? So much of the platform is designed for industries with shift-working employees. We do not get to take advantage of all the features. I also like the lack of flexibility.
