What do you like best? in Ceipal we can know all the status of our consultants in a easy way. I did'nt like Ceipal, because the search results are good in individual job boards like(Monster,CB)

What do you like best? Internal submission and candidates tracking(interview, offer) is ok. What do you dislike? Searching Candidates in not much effective, when we search in CB we get lot of resumes with the same string we use in Ceipal. What problems are you solving with the product? Its great to have multiple job boards under one software with loads of useful things.

What do you like best? Easy to Track all the activities in the recruitment/sales life cycle. What do you dislike? Few features are not used much and of not much use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
