What do you like best? Easy to use, can submit, schedule, get feedbacks, maintaining database etc What do you dislike? Nothing in particular. I have been using talenthire over a couple of years and didn’t find anything to complain. Best ATS product
What do you like best? The user interface. Applicant tracking from sourcing to on-boarding. Integration of Job boards. What do you dislike? Nothing much but only a cons it takes some time to get AI matching resumes for the job posted. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email merge and AI resumes to the job posted

All in one ATS that meets the expectation
What do you like best? I found the dashboard as Simple and Intuitive What do you dislike? I am not too happy about the Mass Mail Feature with emails not reaching recipients. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking or a simple to use ATS, Ceipal meets the requirement What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? When put string for searching candidate .It's automatically showing right candidate for your string by mentioning percentage .Some time you are not in mood to open to many resume so you can roughly get idea to whom you need to contact . We have been using Ceipal from past three years and had wonderful experience.
What do you like best? The best thing I liked is integrated search where we can see resumes form our internal database along with job boards. It has many other aspects like AI search and Mail merge options, it will be very efficient if we use it wisely. What do you dislike? Nothing specific about dislike since everything works good for me. Ceipal is one of the best search tool for the right candidates in the mean time
What do you like best? For me CEIPAL is user friendly and more over everything is systematic and automated. while submitting a candidate it wont take much time we can submit a candidate with in a minutes What do you dislike? Excellent Platform easy to access and navigate
What do you like best? Excellent User Interphase very user friendly use to navigate required information from the data base. The assigned channel as per employee designation has been design in a very effective manner. And its one the best platform for generating or view reports just takes franction of seconds to download the required reports. What do you dislike? Ocassionaly the system hangs.
