What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? Automatic string making and showing the right profiles, Easy to search also it reduce your effort to search for a right candidate and placing them is ease, search strings and stuffs helps to get lot more related profiles, a big advantage is even Freshers can start working with out any complexion, so it helps to run business fine and get lot more profits, which helps company to grow so, if the company grows ceipal grows aswell

"CEIPAL Talent Hire easy to use more features"
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? Tracking software products so far and abandoned them all except for this one the others have quickly been labeled unusual due to features layout etc being designed in a way that doesn't work for what I am doing the level of custom change potential in ceipal and ease of making those changes so far means I can just keep adjusting it until it's step to fit what I need to do excellent product

Efficient workforce management
PROS: Managing our workforce can be a headache but CEIPAL made it easier. The software provides a centralized database of all our employees which helps me in efficiently tracking their leaves, salaries, or loans. CONS: It currently doesn't allow users to compute and project benefits and appraisals.
