What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? A Lot of things are there in CEIPAL. It's the best ATS tool I have come across so far. The features like Integrated search keep track of candidates on a real-time basis.

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? When i started recruitment. I got a chance to know about Ceipal. The experience was awesome. It is easy to navigate. They do have the best mass mail option and email response is also good. Now adays they have updated an option of an sms. You can directly send SMS to any consultant through ceipal.

"Non existent customer service and poor response time!"
What do you like best about Ceipal ATS? It claims to have all the bells and whistles BUT they do not really work. If there are issues, good luck finding support. You will invest more time chasing them for issue resolution than on your business! I see that for every bad review, they post the same standard response making it appear that there is a real account manager or a responsive team. However, its all smoke and mirrors!
